Food

We are serious about good food. For us, it is taking the time to come together, to laugh and talk, and reconnect with the abundance from nature that this incredible region provides. With your tastebuds at the bow and sustainability at the stern, we move through the seasons with our chef sourcing the very best of local produce. Where possible, foraged, or caught by our guests, your menu is a reflection of the freshest ingredients, put together with love and thought. Our sample menus give you a taste of what’s on offer. Weather permitting, you may be served drinks before dinner on the top deck, while you take in the gloriously peaceful surroundings before moving down to the saloon for supper around the handmade oak round table. Our menus are mostly Norwegian with a European influence and we can cater for all ages and work with your preferences and any dietary requirements prior to arrival.

Included in your charter are a full breakfast to set you up for the day, a two course lunch or picnic and snacks when you are out doing an activity, finishing with a three course supper.

We provide local beers, carefully chosen house wines to pair with the day’s menu, all soft drinks and some spirits. Let us know your preferences at the point of booking and we will do our best to accommodate you. Should the connoisseurs amongst you wish to provide your own claret, you are more than welcome. We can assist you with finding a supplier if you wish but if you can get it to Lofoten, we can get it aboard!
